There is something about your style of newsletter that often has humour and down-to-earth advice that makes a person want to read on.  Of the self-help resources I have read (many...) I recommend your 'stuff' because it is easy to apply, and not in any way condescending. It makes you feel you are only human, and can either take the advice or file it.
